Frequently asked questions

How do I know what size to order?

We've got size guides available on our measure up page to help you find the perfect fit. If you're stuck between sizes, we'd recommend comparing the measurements with something you already own. Still unsure? Drop us a message and we'll help you out!

Do you ship internationally?

We're based in the UK, but Arthur's got ambitions of world domination. International shipping options and prices are displayed at checkout, depending on your location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on where you're ordering from and the time needed to prepare your items. You'll see the available shipping options at checkout. We're a small brand, so thanks for bearing with us while we get your clobber ready!

Can I return or exchange an item?

Of course! If something isn't quite right, please check our Returns Policy for eligibility, timeframes and instructions. We want you to love your No Barking gear as much as Arthur loves causing a scene.

How should I wash my No Barking clothing?

We recommend washing at 30°C, inside out, using a mild detergent. Avoid tumble drying, bleach and ironing directly over any printed designs. Treat your clobber well and it'll be ready for plenty more adventures.

Can I become a No Barking brand ambassador?

We're always keen to hear from people who love the brand! Our ambassadors can earn commission on sales through their own discount codes, with opportunities for extra perks as they grow. Get in touch if you'd like to be involved.

Is Arthur actually in charge of No Barking?

Officially? No. Unofficially? Absolutely.

He oversees product testing, staff morale and barking at absolutely nothing. The humans just deal with the paperwork.
